wychwood, and really, I love MacGyver and all of it's '80's cheese-tasticness, but these reviews are funny. =)
Start here with the Pilot episode - which is probably the only episode that doesn't mesh with the rest of the series. Like many pilots, it probably would've been better had they rewritten a little and tried again, but what with budget constraints and the like, they probably just went with it. And it does include one of those 'opening gambit' pieces that has nothing to do with the rest of the episode but is there to fill that bit of space that was left over back when episodes were still allowed to be a grueling 45 minutes long. (As opposed to the 40 we get now... 42 if you add the credits back in.)
And there's only one more, so far - "Thief of Budapest" - which is ep 2.
