unscientific method - average # of words per page in Open Office doc * estimated number of pages I'll have once I finish formatting the text = (~500 * ~35) =

17500 / 25000 words. 70% done!

It's not bad, just not as good as I was hoping. I'm still planning to get most of what's left finished this weekend or sooner.
